Spencer Hafen is the President & CEO of Nevada Bank and Trust Company, a position he has held since 2015. He is a past chair and current board member of the Nevada Bankers Association. He also serves on the Housing Finance Policy Committee of the Independent Community Bankers of America, or ICBA, and is a Federal Delegate to the ICBA from Nevada. Prior to working with the ICBA, he served on the American Bankers Association's, Government Relations Committee, representing banks from the State of Nevada. Spencer has also served on local committees and governing boards within his home state. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
